Scratch Policies

Crystal Scratches:

  • If your watch crystal is scratched to an extent where it interferes with the clarity of reading the time within the first 60 days of purchasing the watch, we will repair or replace the crystal free of charge
  • If you’ve owned your watch for more than 60 days and still want to inquire about our crystal repair/replacement service, we will uphold the $0 fee for the service but you will be responsible for the cost of shipping and handling. 
  • Once LINX has received the damaged product, it will take between 5-15 business days to complete the repairs and mail the product back. We will send updates when we receive the product, after each step of the repair process, and when we ship the watch back.

    Stainless Steel Scratches:

    • If your stainless steel strap and/or casing are scratched beyond a desirable point, LINX will offer a service to repair the scratches. The customer will be responsible for the shipping and handling. The first 20 scratches will be repaired free of charge. There will be an additional $1.00 charge per scratch you would like repaired after the included 20 scratches. 
    • Once LINX has received the damaged product, it will take between 5-15 business days to complete the repairs and mail the product back. We will send updates when we receive the product, after each step of the repair process, and when we ship the watch back.
